Advertising & affiliate disclosure

Current status

As of launch, BD Beauty Price carries no advertising and no affiliate links. No retailer, brand, distributor or marketplace pays us, owns any part of the site, or has any say in what we publish.

If that changes

We may later fund the site through clearly separated advertising or affiliate links. If and when we do:

• Affiliate links will be labelled where they appear, and this page will describe the programmes in use.
• Display advertising will be visually distinct from editorial content and never sold as "sponsored verdicts".
• This page will be updated before any such link or ad goes live — its absence here means it doesn't exist on the site.

What money can never buy here

• A price in a comparison table. Tables report what sellers actually charge, whether or not a seller ever pays us anything.
• A position or ranking. Ordering in tables follows price, availability or alphabet — never commercial relationships.
• A verdict. "Worth it" and "skip it" conclusions are written before any thought about monetisation, and a negative verdict is never softened for a partner.
• Removal of accurate information. Sellers cannot pay to have an unflattering price observation taken down.

Products for review

If a brand ever supplies a product free of charge for review, the article will say so explicitly. A free product never guarantees a positive verdict, and the price analysis still uses real market prices in ৳.
