What to send us
- Stale or wrong prices. Tell us the article, the product and where you saw a different price — we re-check and update the dated table.
- Products or sellers to track. If a product's pricing in Bangladesh confuses you, it probably confuses others; suggest it.
- Corrections of any kind. Factual errors are fixed openly, with the article's updated date refreshed.
- Questions about our standards. Independence and funding questions are answered directly — see also the disclosure.
What we don't do
We don't sell products, we can't check your order status with any shop, and we don't accept payment for coverage, rankings or verdicts — so please don't offer it.
Response time
Price-error reports are prioritised and usually acted on within a few days. Everything else gets a reply as the small team's schedule allows.
